DocSana (a FindBestDoc product) is a directory, not a healthcare provider. Listings, availability, and AI-matched results are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment — and in an emergency call 911. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, 24/7).
Directory information
Listings begin as public records (NPI registry, licensing boards). Providers who claim a profile are responsible for keeping their information accurate — specialties, fees, insurance, availability, and booking links. Availability shown comes from the provider's connected calendar or the provider's own entries; a slot hold is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until the practice confirms it. If you spot an error, use "Suggest an edit" on the listing or tell us.
Claiming your profile
Providers (or authorized practice staff) may claim a listing by verifying their identity through our claim flow. You must be the provider or an authorized representative, and everything you submit must be accurate. We may remove or suspend profiles claimed without authorization or containing false information.
Verification badge
The DocSana™ Verified badge is earned through real identity and credential verification — it is never bought and never for sale. Each verified provider also receives a private DocSana Verified ID for their records. A badge means we confirmed the provider's identity and credentials; it is not an endorsement of quality and does not guarantee availability.
Plans and pricing
Listing a profile on DocSana is free. Paid plans (Pro) add features such as labeled featured placement, full analytics, and additional calendar connections. Current pricing is $19.99/month for Founding providers — 33% off the regular $29.99/month rate — locked at that rate while continuously subscribed (cancelling ends the Founding rate). Paid placement is always clearly labeled and never affects verification status. Pricing and perks may change; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Group practices
A group practice page is free. Each individual provider on the practice page needs their own subscription for paid plans — the practice page itself carries no charge, but provider profiles are subscribed per clinician.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the directory en masse or harvest listings for commercial reuse without written permission.
- Don't submit false information or claim a profile that isn't yours.
- Don't use contact forms, slot requests, or Q&A for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
We may block accounts, listings, or IP addresses that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
DocSana is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindBestDoc LLC is not liable for decisions you make based on directory information, for the actions or availability of listed providers, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
